He is survived by: his wife Evea Higgins; his children, Lynette Rumpel (Lonnie Werth) of Hays and Aaron Rumpel of WaKeeney; his siblings, Carroll "C. J." (Debbie) of Murrietta, CA, Dwight (Sharon) of Topeka and Maryetta Morrissey (Bill) of Russellville, AR; his grandchildren, Chantee Jordan (Grant Holland) of Austin, TX, Carey Jordan (Mayce Deuel) of Schoenchen, KS and Kourtney Talkington (Skyler) of Ellis, KS; his great grandchildren, Samantha Rude, Jordan Holland, Hunter, Kymber and Briar Talkington; and his siblings-in-law, Jim Higgins (Charlene) of Ness City, Milly Rumpel of Ontario, OR and Ida (John Meyeres).
