He was predeceased by: his parents, David Deines and Elizabeth Deines (Dietz); his wife Helen Fabrizius; his son Mark David Deines; and his siblings, Marie Wilhelm, Tabea Fabrizius, Louis Deines, Herbert Deines, Racheal Fabrizius, Ella Fabrizius and Emil Deines.
He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Ann (Richard Deines) of Trego County; his grandchildren, Emily Deines of Overland Park and Brent Deines of WaKeeney; and his great grandchildren, Emma Deines and Aaliyah Deines.
