It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kendall Ottley (Wakeeney, Kansas), born in Garden City, Kansas, who passed away on March 22, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Hand Durant and Ollie Mae Durant (Slawson). She is survived by: her spouse William A. Ottley (Bill); her children, Tamera Mae Riedel (Ottley), Glenn of WaKeeney, William John Ottley and Laura of Wichita; her grandchildren, Courtney Berning (Riedel), Braxton of WaKeeney, Cindy Hilgers (Riedel), Ricky of Ogallah, Catie Riedel, Hays, Clayton Riedel, Nicole Sherfick (Ottley) and Dylan of WaKeeney; her great grandchildren, Briant Berning of WaKeeney, Brodie Berning of WaKeeney and Colton Sherfick of WaKeeney; and her siblings, Kathy Wessel of Scott City, Janet Smith of Yukon, OK., Bob Durant and Steven Durant. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and great nieces.
In Lieu of Flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Christ the King Church (for building improvements) or WaKeeney Public Library.
