He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife JoAnn Bollig; his parents, Lewis Swingle and Ruby Swingle; his son Mike McGinnis (Verla) of Ransom; his grandchildren, Michelle Dinges (Zach) of Topeka, Jessica Greer (Ken) of Manhattan, Kelli Atkins (Tommy) of Hill City, Marshall McGinnis (Shannon) of Lawrence and Troy Walt of Morland; and his great grandchildren, Carter, Naomi Dinges, Thayn, Evan, Parker, Ivy Walt, Owen, Collin and Clare McGinnis.
