He was predeceased by: his father Bill Deel; his brother Jeff; his uncles, Jim and Roy Deel; and his cousin Susan.
He is survived by: his mother Kathy Deel; his aunts and uncles, Phil Lamb (Lynn) of Winston-Salem, NC, Sam (Margy) of Northfield, MN, Connie Deel of Tijeras and Ronda Deel of Cincinnati, OH.; and his cousins, Corrinne Lamb-Mulhall (Don), Anthony of Duluth, MN, Sarah Deel Katie (Sean Fox), Elliot of Northfield, MN, Chapin Deel Araceli (Marie), Lorena of Albuquerque, NM, Nathan Deel Avilynn (Holly), Holland of Topeka and Mattie Cooper (Kayla) of Stanley, NM.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home (601 Indiana St, Lawrence, KS 66044). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Highland Heights Christian Church (2930 SE Tecumseh Rd, Tecumseh, KS 66542). A burial was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery.
