Charlie Dehlinger Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlie Dehlinger (Virgil, Kansas), born in Emporia, Kansas, who passed away on February 1, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Glen "Dutch" and Bernice Lorena Dehlinger (Smith); and his sisters, Kathryn Swedberg and Ernestine Nibarger. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lynn Prye; his children, Greg (Jill Dehlinger) of Augusta, Jeff Dehlinger of Eureka and Kristi (Randy Snider) of Altamont; his grandchildren, Taylor (Madeline Dehlinger), Madison Dehlinger, Clay Snider, Kylie (Tyler Gero), Carly Snider, Tori Dehlinger and Blayke Dehlinger; and his great grandchildren, Molly Dehlinger, Hank Dehlinger and Brylee Gero.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorials be made to the Coach Dehlinger Memorial Scholarship.
