She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne E. Owen and Vera Mae Owen (McLain). She is survived by: her husband Dan Dugan of Viola; her children, Dana Youngers (Jim) of Viola and Curtis Dugan (Casey) of Wichita; and her sister Elizabeth "Betty" Hutchison (James) of Wichita. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
