He is survived by: his wife Vie; his pets, Molly, Garfield and Quigley; his children, Kimberly Blake, Karen Johnson (Jonnie) and Kelly Day (Kirk); his grandchildren, Mason Johnson (Callie) of El Dorado, Jayme Tucker of El Dorado, Kegan Johnson (Ashley) of El Dorado, William Day of El Dorado and Cameron Day of El Dorado; and his siblings, Albert Blake (Dorthy), Helen Brown, Connie Walker and Don Blake (Nancy).
