He is survived by: his wife Ronda Lee Mollenkamp; his children, Jacki, David and Doyle (Skylar); his grandchildren, Nathaniel Vincent Pierson, Tori Mae Pierson and Bryce David Pierson; his great grandchildren, Dwight Aaron Scott McKee and Zoie Ray Nikkle; his siblings, Lori Edwards (Keith) and Mark Mollenkamp (Roxanne); his stepmother Judy Mollenkamp; and his siblings-in-law, Tina Forest (Chris), Linda Rausch (Randy), Theresa Graham (John), Tonja Harrison (Wade), Tim Fitzpatrick (Marsha) and Troy Fitzpatrick (Elizabeth). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
