He is survived by: his stepchildren, Jason Spiess of Paradise, KS, Kelly Wellbrock (Brett) of Salina, KS and Melanie Dennis (Travis) of Salina, KS; his stepgrandchildren, Sophia, Gage, Jace Spiess, Carson, Julia Wellbrock, James and Michael Dennis; and his pet Coco.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials made payable to: Interim Healthcare of Salina (Hospice) in care of the mortuary.
