He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Kennard and Charley Kramer; his daughter Tina Elaine Kramer; and his siblings, Richard Kramer, Floyd Kramer, Charles Kramer (Bud) and Clara Green.
He is survived by: his wife Ethel Robertson of Virginia; his children, C. Wayne Kramer (Candace), Kathy Bigham (Walter Jr.), Sandra Lewis (Kevin) and Deborah Bauck (James); and his brothers, Eugene Kramer, Perry Kramer, John Kramer and Glenn Kramer. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, one great great-grandchild.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
