It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vickie Louise Cooper-Foss of Vassar, Kansas, born in Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on April 10, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Cooper and Helen Cooper (Caskey); and her brothers, John Cooper and Rick Cooper. She is survived by: her husband Fred Foss; her daughter Gabrielle Foss; and her siblings, William Cooper, Rita Cooper and Patricia Cooper.
