He was predeceased by: his parents, Opal Kasper and Victor Kasper; his wife Joyce Kasper; his brother Gary Kasper; his daughter Jeanette Nelson; his grandchildren, Twanya Knight, Ronnie Kasper, Tabitha Gardner and Kyle Nelson; and his great grandchild Trinton Kasper.

He is survived by: his brother Alan Kasper. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren.
