He was predeceased by: his parents, Drexel Bulmer and Alice Bulmer (Myers); his son Delane; his grandson Dallas Bulmer; and his sister Barbara Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Porter; his children, Dana Bulmer (Dana) of Topeka, Renea Bulmer (Jean) of Topeka and Tammy Phillips (Rodney) of Vassar; and his siblings, Larry Bulmer of Ottawa, Russell Bulmer of Ottawa, Deanna Faust of Overbrook, Sharon Middlebusher of Ottawa and Karen Witham of Ottawa. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
