He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter'Skip' Higgins and Helen Higgins (Snodgrass); his wife Janet Ann Kelley; his daughter Angelique Grady; and his brothers, Ed, Ted, Roger and Terry Higgins.
He is survived by: his daughter Michele Loeffler (Chuck) of Vassar; his son-in-law Jon Grady (Jennifer) of Mission; and his siblings, Gary Higgins (Joann), Dennis Higgins (Mary) of Easton and Janice Dill (Jamie) of Nebraska. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
