With solemn reverence, we commemorate Betty Jean Woodward of Vassar, Kansas, born in Burlingame, Kansas, whose life came to an end on August 1, 2024 at the age of 88, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Fry and Hazel Fry (Howe); her husband Harold Woodward, Jr.; her son-in-law Fred Sweetwood; her brother John Fry; and her brother-in-law George Ohlson.
She is survived by: her children, David Woodward of Osage City, Cassandra Sweetwood of Quenemo and Jane Smith (Joe) of Vassar; her sisters, Helen Ohlson of Wichita and Linda Schutter (Dean) of Topeka; and her sister-in-law Charlene Fry of Topeka. She is also survived by three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
