She was predeceased by: her parents, David J. Beard and Carol Ann Beard (Noble). She is survived by: her husband Joseph "Joe" E. Kotsch; her son Justin Lee Foote (Kylah) of Wetmore; her sister Cindy Sanstra (Dean) of Colorado Springs, CO; and her grandchildren, Kaylee and Jared Foote.
