He is survived by: his mother Janet Bailey (Whitaker) of Mayetta, KS; his daughters, Toni Miller of Topeka, KS and Ashley Miller of St. Genevieve, MO; and his siblings, Tiffany Botts of Tavernier, FL and Michael Leuszler (Germaine) of Lyndon, KS. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and many extended family.
