She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Clark and Maude Coleman Clark; her grandson Ken Maddox; her great great grandchild Addyson Kay Stickel; and her siblings, Doyle, Vernon, Aaron, Wayne Clark, Eva Berry, Avis Hastings, Louise Clark, Eleanor White and Elizabeth Clark.
She is survived by: her husband Dwight W. Maddox; her sons, Ronald Maddox (Mary Pat) of Valley Falls, Robby Maddox of Valley Falls, Daryl Maddox, Roger Lasster and Fred Lasster; and her siblings, Benny Clark, Margaret Kerr and Ruth Calgrove. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and many great-great-grandchildren.
