She was predeceased by: her parents, James Kuntz and Margie Kuntz (Hartman); her husband Eldon Lee Smith; her brothers, Earnest Kuntz and Clyde J. Kuntz; and her son Donald Dean Smith.
She is survived by: her son Ronald Lee Smith (Lyan); her daughter-in-law Opal Smith of Baker, FL; and her grandchildren, Laurie Rowan (Kerry), Cheryl Smith, CAnne Wolfe (Steve), Steven Smith, Desiree Dicky (Derek), Sarah Long, Lysa Mathews (Derick) and Jessica Long. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
