He is survived by: his son Jonathan Gutknecht (Alycea) of Basehor, Kansas; his siblings, Bill Gutknecht (Susan) of Idaho, Linda Landry (Stephen) of California, Dale Gutknecht (Mary) of Bern, Donald Gutknecht (Judi) of Louisiana, Lois Drury (Bob) of Lawrence, Hugh Gutknecht of California, Connie Gish (Eric) of North Carolina, Wanda Stokley of Nevada, Samuel Gutknecht of Sabetha and Sarah Wiltz (Kevin) of Sabetha; and his grandchildren, J. J. and Daniel Gutknecht. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
