He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Allen (Dick) and Margaret Allen; and his brother Timothy Allen. He is survived by: his son Zac; his sister Mary Lederer (Dean); and his sister-in-law Kristin Allen. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
