He was predeceased by: his parents, George Marian and Goldie Zuella Shrimplin (Gano); his wife Edith Berniece Ice; and his siblings, Lillian L. O'Keefe, Howard, Willard and Lloyd Donald Shrimplin.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas G. Shrimplin (Becky) of Ottawa, KS, Tina M. Brubaker (Corey) of Lincoln, NE and Tamara A. Ferrell (Rick) of Valley Falls, KS.; and his brother Leo A. Shrimplin of Ottuma, IA. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
