It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Jean Billings of Valley Falls, Kansas, who passed away on August 10, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Bernard and Lennie Beatrice Cummings; and her siblings, Rita Markley and Robert Alan Cummings. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her daughters, Brenda Billings, Baretta Schmeissner (Chris), Barb Murphree Valley Falls (David), Jamie Billings and Jeanie Frakes (Rick); her grandchildren, James Hicks (Jenny), Lisa Hicks, Leah Jimerson (Elijah), Andrea Vincent (Tim), Noah Schmeissner, Miles Murphree, Cole Murphree, Tyler Dismang, Tiffany Dismang, Jessie Frakes, Wilder Frakes, Rachel Frakes (Dalton) and John Frakes; and her great grandchildren, Kehlani, Judah and Everette.
