He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Robertson Wynkoop, Sr. and Beulah Beatress Wynkoop (Sultzer); his siblings, Myrtle R. Godding, Ruby M. Bruce, Dorothy Irene Thompson and William W. Wynkoop; and his granddaughter MacKenzie Haug.
He is survived by: his children, Chad Wynkoop (Laurel) of Valley Falls, KS, Terry Wynkoop of Valley Falls, KS, Debbie Schrick (Ron) of Valley Falls, KS, Kevin Wynkoop (Sharon) of Valley Falls, KS, Brad Wynkoop (Tammy) of Valley Falls, KS and Kelli Wynkoop of Valley Falls, KS; and his sister Norma Jean Covault of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
