He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul C. Foley and Mary Alice Foley (Owens); his brothers, Paul and Harold Foley; and his son David Foley.
He is survived by: his wife June Kirkham; his daughters, Janet (Roger) of Georgia and Mary Foley (Bill Williams) of Great Bend, KS; his sister Ida Taliaferro of Effingham, KS; and his grandchildren, Shane Evans (Brittany) of Valley Falls, Angie Evans of Valley Falls, KS and Tyler Stohl of Georgia. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
