With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Benedict Alois Heuertz of Valley Falls, Kansas, born in Lawrence, Kansas, who passed away on September 19, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benedict A. Heuertz and Clara Louise Heuertz (Seifner). He is survived by: his children, Richard Heuertz (Angela) of Tecumseh, KS, Martha York of Valley Falls, KS and Betina Brading (Bill) of Topeka, KS; and his siblings, Carolyn S. Lewis of Topeka, KS, Margaret M Stower of Topeka, KS, Ruth B. Remmers Ware (Tony) of Lawrence, KS and Phillip G. Heuertz of Valley Falls, KS. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
