She is survived by: her significant other David Hernandez; her children, Nicholas (Amy), Anthony (Lyndsey) and Andrea Hernandez (Mike); her grandchildren, Hannah, Lawson, William, Elly, Hunter, Bella, Hudson, Madison, Maci, Jacob, Dominic and Giovanni; and her siblings, Chris (Vickey), Tom (Nancy), Richard (Debbie), John Myers (Evelyn), Tina Myers, Virgina Mallett (Steve) and Valery Frye (Jeff).
