He was predeceased by: his parents, Hardy F. Gemaehlich and Norma Gemaehlich (Dettmer). He is survived by: his wife Cathy Jimenez; his children, LeAnn Yost (Doug) of Overland Park, Kansas and Dean Gemaehlich (Kathy) of Dodge City; his grandchildren, Ashley Gemaehlich (Jon Wendal) of Dodge City, Tanner Gemaehlich (MeKayla) of Dodge City and Justin Gemaehlich (Jada) of Hays, Kansas; his great grandchildren, Gannon Dean, Sylvir Faith and Ella Janise; and his sisters, Carolyn Billings (Stanley), Jean Ragland and Twila Hickman (Jay).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Hospice of the Prairie, American Cancer Society, or American Heart Association all in care of Ziegler Funeral Chapel, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, Kansas 67801.
