She was predeceased by: her parents, W. Odes Wortham and Elsie Wortham (Downs); and her brother Larry Wortham. She is survived by: her husband Gary of Wichita; her children, Jeremy Broadstreet of Overland Park, Jordan (Rochelle) of Lawrence and Joanna (Mark) of Wichita; her granddaughters, Leah and Zoe Freed; and her sister June Minix (Dan) of Pataskala, Ohio.
