It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Clayton Thompson (Valley Center, Kansas), who passed away on June 24, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Shirley Graham; and his sons-in-law, Alex Graham and Al Larson. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his daughter Susan Larson; his grandchildren, Kara Landwehr (Chad) and Jennifer Shockley (Jonathon); his great grandchildren, Sarah Johnson (Dylan), Austin Shockley, Jakob Landwehr, Gracie Landwehr, Nathan Shockley and Johnson; and his sister Marguerite Ryan.

Memorials may be made to the New Hope Community Church, 109 W. Main St, Valley Center, KS 67147.
