It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Erma Smith (Valley Center, Kansas), who passed away on February 20, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband William D. Ferguson; her husband Wilber Lewis Smith; her parents, Arleigh C. Howlett and Jessie Howlett; and her stepson David L. Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Jones, Randall K. Ferguson (Martha) and Lance O. Ferguson; her stepchildren, Verna Lee Asbell, Larry D. Smith and Kevin L. Smith; and her grandchildren, Dustin Jones (Sarah), Benjamin Ferguson, Dylan Jones and Taylor Ferguson. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; numerous step-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
