It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marvin Gates (Uniontown, Kansas), who passed away on November 19, 2019, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife June Gates; his parents, Albert Gates and Grace Gates; and his sister Viola Bowers. He is survived by: his children, Marsha Shrack (Chris) and Alan Gates; his brother Norman Gates; and his grandchildren, Chelsea, Emma, Sam Shrack, Dustin and Kenton Gates. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
