She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Leal and Lupe Leal (Longoria); her spouse Cresencio Escobedo Barron; her sisters, Balbina Longoria Ledesma and Eulalia Leal Martinez; and her son Cresencio Barron, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Mike Miranda (Pat) of Lubbock, Abundio Barron (Tamara) of Hutchinson, Daniel Vizcaino III (Nancy) of Midland, Texas, Dianna Olivas (Faby) of Ulysses, Maggie Ledesma (Victor) of Ulysses, Debbie Barron of Ulysses and Susana Barron of Hutchinson, Kansas; and her sisters, Sofia Leal Mendoza of Moody Texas, Maria Leal Torres of Runge and Janie Leal Miller of San Marcos, Texas. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
