She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin LeRoy and Alberta Jean Tedder (Schlegel); her stepfather C. G. Vandagriff; and her grandson Patrick Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Patrick Russell; her children, Jean Franco (Eddie) of Ulysses, James Russell (Michelle) of Omaha, Aubrey Blankenship (Louis) of Duncan, Mary Phillips (Michael) of Ulysses, Joseph Russell (Brandy Green) of Haysville, Emily Russell of Ulysses, Michael Russell of Wichita and Sarah C. Hinojos (Ismael) of Perrin, Texas; her brother Darel Tedder of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and her stepsiblings, Glenda Overton of Perryton, Snoma Vandagriff and Sandy Vandagriff of Oregon. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
