It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Brewer of Ulysses, Kansas, born in Kingman, Kansas, who passed away on February 18, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Peter Krehbiel and Emma Barbara Kaufman; her husband Ralph Brewer; and her sons-in-law, Gary Hathaway and Robert Louquet, Sr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Sonja Hathaway of Ulysses, Lora Louquet of Dodge City and Beverly Ainsworth (Kent) of Ulysses; her grandchildren, Rob Louquet (Melissa), Ryan Louquet, Liz Ainsworth, Jason Ainsworth and Megan Adams (Coy); her great grandchildren, Cody, Will, Alli, Logan and Avery; and her sister Velma Funk of Hillsboro.
