He is survived by: his parents, Rosendo Apodaca of Texas and Antonia Victoria Levario (Baeza) of Mexico; his wife Araceli Valenzuela of Ulysses; his children, Estefeny Valenzuela of Garden City, Erika Valenzuela of Mexico, Sebastian Levario of Ulysses, Ricardo Levario, Jr. of Dodge City and Valeria Levario of Ulysses; his siblings, Ramon Ontiveros of Ulysses and Juliana Ontiveros of Ulysses; and his grandchildren, Alexis Villegas, Isabella Rodriguez of Garden City and Josue Aragon of Ulysses.
