He was predeceased by: his parents, Webber Rubart and Inez Rubart (Hunt); and his siblings, Mary Sanchez, Ethel McGhee and Donald Rubart.
He is survived by: his daughter Teresa; his wife Dorothy Crooks; his daughters, Jackie Beall (Wendell) and Debbie Sneyd (Kenney); his son-in-law Greg Grounds; and his sister Charlotte Mueller. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Perry's memory may be made to Sunset International Bible Institute, Global Relief Ministry for Ukraine, or to the Kansas Honor Flight program in care of Garnand Funeral Home, 405 W. Grant Ave., Ulysses, KS 67880.
