He is survived by: his daughters, Christy Ortiz of Conroe and Gloria Ortiz (Gary Brandley) of Conroe; his siblings, Jesse L. Ortiz III (Maria) of Conroe, Jamie Ortiz (Natasha) of Ulysses, Kansas and Diana Hernandez (Alejandro) of Strong City, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Xonti Enrique Bernal, Natalie Natacsha Bernal, Xavier Angel Ortiz, Alixandria Ann Ortiz, Glory, Anna La'Vett Ortiz-Hamilton, Michael Leo Ortiz-Hamilton, Jr. and Orlando.
