He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Davis and Nancy Carol Davis (Hall); and his siblings, Patrick Davis and Sherry Crombie. He is survived by: his wife Tammie Blalock; his children, Sean Hensley of Montrose, Colorado, Paige Crombie of Lehi and Catherine Jacobsen of Arvada, Colorado; his siblings, Tony Davis of Brighton, Colorado, Tawnja Davis of Crossville, Tennessee and Jackie Davis of Crossville, Tennessee; and his granddaughter Lily Hensley.
