With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Torres (Ulysses, Kansas), born in Trinidad, Colorado, who passed away on May 2, 2020 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Valdez and Benny Valdez (Garcia); and her brother Charles Valdez. She is survived by: her husband Ben Torres of Kim, Colorado; her children, Loretta Chain (Dan) of Guymon, Twyla Gomez of Dodge City, Travis Torres of Ulysses and Jamie Torres of Ulysses; and her siblings, Ross "Sonny" Valdez (Jeanne) of Scurry, Leonard Valdez (Jeanie) of Ulysses, Phyllis Torres (late Henry Torres) of Hoehne, Theresa Bedoya (Al) of Yuma and Jennifer Briggs (Danny) of Ulysses. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
