He was predeceased by: his parents, Casimiro Ochoa and Francisca Ochoa; and his wife Angelica Ochoa. He is survived by: his children, Jesse Ochoa of Ulysses, Orlando Ochoa of Odessa, Michael Ochoa of Pratt, David Ochoa of Ulysses and Sylvia Ortiz of Ulysses, Kansas; and his siblings, Eusebio Ochoa of Kansas, Ramon Ochoa of Texas and Antonia Armendariz of Texas. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
