She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul N. Graham and May Graham (Cott); her son Robby; and her siblings, Gary Graham, Phyllis Batterton and Janice Brickman.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Bruce Carter; her sons, Bryan Carter (Tina Rodriguez) and A. J. Carter (Stephanie) of Ulysses; her siblings, Kenneth Graham of Manter and Pauline Wilkerson (Beauford) of Manter; her grandchildren, Kyle, Elizabeth, Rance, Robert, Khole and Eleanor; and her great grandchildren, Bennett, Barrett, Elijah, Oliver, Kolson and Baylor.
