It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmie C Navarrette of Ulysses, Kansas, born in Munday, Texas, who passed away on July 26, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholaus Navarrette and Martha Navarrette (Castillon); his children, Mary Navarrette and Gilbert Navarrette; and his brothers, Tony, Santos, David, Paul and Martin Navarrette.
He is survived by: his children, Jimmie Navarrette (Barbara) of Clayton, IN., Richard C. Navarrette of Wichita, KS., Bobby Ray Navarrette of Medicine Lodge, KS., Michael A. Navarrette of Wichita, KS., Jamie Gutierrez (Amber) of Ulysses, KS. and Margaret Barbabosa (Rafael) of San Diego, CA.; his siblings, Marty Navarette of Munday, TX., Beatrice Reyes of Munday, TX. and Martha Contante of Odam, TX.; and his daughter-in-law Victoria Navarrette of San Antonio, TX.. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren, 22 Great Grandchildren, 5 Great Great Grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
