He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ivan Joseph and Nellie Irene Simmons (Rankin); his brothers, Gary Lynn Simmons and Jerry Wayne Simmons; his children, Mark Simmons, Katie, Kara, Gaylen, Candace Simmons Hinch, Ashton Lea, Lathe Hinch and Rick (Jori Worm Simmons); and his grandchildren, Jordan and Dalli Simmons.
