He was predeceased by: his parents, Genaro Hermosillo and Zeferina Hermosillo (Trejo). He is survived by: his wife Pilar Baca; and his children, Lupe Hermosillo (Claudia) of Ulysses, Elida Hermosillo (Benito Levya) of Garden City and David Hermosillo of Ulysses. He is also survived by four siblings and six grandchildren.
