He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Marie Meierhoff (Weiss). He is survived by: his father Ronney J. Meierhoff of Colwich; his wife Maureen Sullivan; his children, Andrea Turner (Bryan) of Las Vegas, Lindsay Dvorak (Eric) of Spearville, Megan Morales (Mario) of Oklahoma City, Janni Martinez (Dominic) of Kansas City and Alec Meierhoff (Julia Hinman) of Shawnee; his brother Doug Meierhoff (Lisa) of Wichita; and his grandchildren, Gannon, Kenryck Morales, Jarran, Cammack, Dane, Sadie Dvorak, Quinn, Crew Turner, Kaylor and Evie Martinez. He is also survived by 22 nieces and nephews.
