He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Eveleigh and Viola Eveleigh (Turner). He is survived by: his wife Kay Eveleigh of Ulysses, Kansas; his children, Laura Matkin (Marcus) of Ulysses, Cammi Metzen (Melvin) of Garden City, Kansas and Clint Eveleigh (Melody) of Ulysses, Kansas; his grandchildren, Akasha, Gage, Koulter, Khylissa, Jax, Turner Eveleigh, William Vanatta (Linzie), Kari Adams (Mary), Nathan Matkin, MaeKaylee Matkin, Kiersten Hamit (Brenden), Caleb Metzen and Kyler Metzen; his great grandchildren, Ryan and Hazel Vanatta; his grandchildren, Bryson and Emmaline Hamit; and his siblings, John Eveleigh (Donalda) of Wichita, Kansas, Sonya Allen (Pat) of Fruitland and Virginia Bodey (Terry) of Elk City. He is also survived by his family, especially his beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established for Fathers in the Field through New Beginnings Church.
