We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2024, Emma Mendoza of Ulysses, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Jose Mendoza; her children, Eloy Mendoza (Linda) of Ulysses, KS, Rosa Mendoza of Parker, CO and Mirta Rivas (Steve) of Plains, TX; her sisters, Romelia Gonzalez and Eva Garcia; her grandchildren, Rose Pauda, Jéan Pauda, E'Lynn Layne (Michael), Jacob Mendoza (Tori) and Dustin Quimby; and her great grandchildren, MaiLynn, Delayzah, Zaydrian Garcia, Bentley Lane, Hayden, Jael, Mathias Pauda, Emily and Avery Mendoza.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Garnand Funeral Home - Ulysses (405 W Grant Ave, Ulysses, KS 67880). A rosary was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Queen of Peace Catholic Church (804 N Colorado St, Ulysses, KS 67880).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society in care of Garnand Funeral Home, 405 W. Grant Ave, Ulysses, KS 67880.
