She was predeceased by: her parents, Armando Franco and Aurora Franco (Sanchez); and her brother Santos Franco. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Fowler; her siblings, Pastor Israel Franco (Delaine) of Hugoton, Pastor Rafael Franco (Ludi) of Lakin, Mandy Franco of Ulysses and Olivia Salsedo (Felix) of Garden City; and her sisters-in-law, Ene Franco of Monett, Catherine Fowler of Ulysses and Melissa Gantney of Spokane, Washington. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Cancer Center of Kansas in care of Garnand Funeral Home, 405 W. Grant Ave., Ulysses, Kansas 67880.
